LIMITED WARRANTY INFORMATION – ALL PRODUCTS

Dock Edge + Inc. warrants all products to be free of defects in workmanship and material under normal conditions and for which use they are intended. Dock Edge + Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential or special damages, without limitation any lost profits, business interruption, loss of opportunity or loss of revenue, resulting from the misuse of Dock Edge + Inc. products and does not assume any liability of purchaser or others for injury to persons or property. Dock Edge + Inc. makes no express or implied warranties other than the warranties set forth herein, including without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or from any trade usage.

Any defective product must be returned with a Return Goods Authorization # before being returned to Dock Edge + Inc. A copy of the original sales receipt, must accompany all claims. The freight on the defective goods is the responsibility of the consumer. Obligation under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or credit for the defective product, provided that Dock Edge + Inc. determines that the product defect was not the result of misuse or neglect. Freight on the repaired or replaced products is the responsibility of the consumer.

Some States and/or Provinces do not allow the limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or on the duration of an implied warranty so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty may vary form State to State or Province to Province. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State or Province to Province.

VINYL FENDERS LIFETIME WARRANTY.

Dock Edge + Inc. warrants the vinyl fenders for the life of the boat. Dock Edge + Inc. warrants its vinyl fenders to be free of defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and when used under the conditions for which the product is intended. Dock Edge + Inc. will repair or replace the fender, provided that the product failure is limited to air loss from SPLITTING or BURSTING. Excluded from this warranty are fenders that are over inflated or have become useless from cuts or punctures, or disfigured from continued wear or use, or from the use of harmful solvents. Obligation under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement or credit of the defective fender. Dock Edge + Inc. reserves the right to request a return of the product for inspection. No returned merchandise will be accepted without prior authorization. Dock Edge + Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential or special damages, without limitation any lost profits, business interruption, loss of opportunity or loss of revenue, resulting from the misuse of Dock Edge + Inc products and does not assume any liability of purchaser or others for injury to persons or property. LIFERING BUOY 7 Year WARRANTY.

This product is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. The shell of the buoy is warranted for seven years from the date of sale. This warranty covers the floatation of the buoys when used for its intended purpose under exposure to normal sun, wind, weather, and water conditions. Obligation under this warrant does not extend to any act of vandalism. A copy of the original sales receipt, documenting date of purchase, must accompany all warranty claims. Obligation under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or credit for the defective buoy at our discretion. Dock Edge + Inc. reserves the right to request return of the product for inspection. No returned merchandise will be accepted without prior authorization. Dock Edge + Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential or special damages, without limitation any lost profits, business interruption, loss of opportunity or loss of revenue, resulting from the misuse of Dock Edge + Inc products and does not assume any liability of purchaser or others for injury to persons or property. DOCK FLOAT 10 YEAR WARRANTY.

This product is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. The float is warranted for 10 years from the date of sale. This warranty covers the floatation of the float when used for its intended purpose under exposure to normal sun, wind, weather, and water conditions. Obligation under this warrant does not extend to any act of vandalism. A copy of the original sales receipt, documenting date of purchase, must accompany all warranty claims. Obligation under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or credit for the defective buoy at our discretion. MOORING WHIPS 3 YEAR WARRANTY.

This product is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. The mooring whips are warranted for 3 years from the date of sale. This warranty covers the whips poles and bases. Damage caused by improper use, care or installation is not covered by this warranty. The consumer should refer to the installation manual to ensure all lines and hardware are fastened securely and correctly. These whips will withstand most fluctuating tides and winds. However, some conditions and mooring areas may be too rough for mooring whip installation. Obligation under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement or credit of the defective whip. Dock Edge + Inc. reserves the right to request a return of the product for inspection. No returned merchandise will be accepted without prior authorization. Dock Edge + Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential or special damages, without limitation any lost profits, business interruption, loss of opportunity or loss of revenue, resulting from the misuse of this product, and does not assume any liability of purchaser or others for injury to persons or property.
